Czech purple perfume bottle with clear figural stopper
Two words: Gorgeous and perfect! This vintage Czech crystal bottle and stopper features a classical Greek scene - Diana, goddess of the hunt, with a cherub. The closeup below shows the detail work in the scarf flowing around her body. The dauber is intact and perfect. The stopper can be seen in the Jones-North book, "Czechoslovakian Perfume Bottles and Boudoir Accessories" as item #165, page 35.
The purple crystal body has diamonds and lines radiating from the lower center point and stepped sides. It has the "Made in Czechoslovakia" acid etch on its bottom.
This bottle stands 3 inches wide and 4 5/8 inches tall. It is in near perfect vintage condition - no chips, cracks, or scratches. A very high quality, eye-catching piece.
